I decided to make a card for my cousin's wedding coming up the 28th of this month. The card base is Recollections Card and Envelope 4 in x 5.5 in Card Pack. The blue lace and grey paper are the same sheet from Authentique 6 x 6 in Latest and Greatest Paper Pad that I cut down to fit the card. The stamps are from Close to My Heart I Do Occasions My Acrylix stamp set. I used VersaFine Onyx Black Pigment ink and stamped them on typing paper. The pearl bling is from my stash. That's all I have to share. Your next stop is Alicia- link below- where I'm sure she has something awesome to share!

I originally had something else, but decided to change my mind since I couldn't find a sentiment. This definitely screams coffee!! The card base is Recollections Card and Envelope 4 in x 5.5 in Card Pack. The stamped image and sentiment are both from Unity Stamp Company Warm Inside kit. I colored in the image with various sets of colored pencils. The patterned paper as well as the backgrounds behind the stamps are from Craft Smith Love U A Latte 12 in x 12 in Paper Pad. I will add this card to my card stash to be used in the future. That's all I have to share today. Thanks for hopping along. I will have another to share soon that I am mailing to a friend if you would like to come back to see it.  Next head on over to Kim http://pinkzebrapapercreations.blogspot.com/ where I'm sure she has something sweet to share!

Stay A Little Bit Wild

I followed the above sketch from Paper Issues to complete my layout. The main patterned paper is from Pink Paislee Wild Child 08 and the title- Stay A Little Bit Wild is from Cocoa Vanilla Studio Bohemian Dream Journal sheet. I purchased both from Paper Issues, but the Wild Child set is no longer available. The photo mats and date strip are from Scrapbooking Memories Reversible Cardstock Borders & Accents. I used Studio Calico Dear Lizzy roller stamp and Versa Fine Onyx Black pigment ink to stamp the date- Sep 17, 2017. The heart sticker is from Glitter Foam Stickers Collection from Dollar Tree. The picture is of me at the Grand Canyon for the first time and that's what the journaling states that I typed on my computer. I made this layout as simple as possible since the background paper is so busy. You still have until March 4 to enter a layout in with the sketch if you are a member of the Paper Issues Facebook group. TFL and have a great weekend!

I decided to make a Valentine's Day card for this hop since Valentine's Day is coming up. My sweet item is a cupcake stamp from Unity Stamp Company ...so glad you were born February Unity Sentiment Kit 2016. I stamped it with VersaFine Onyx Black Pigment Ink on typing paper and colored it in with various sets of colored pencils. The card base is Recollections 4 in x 5.5 in Value Pack Cards & Envelopes. The patterned paper is from Recollections 6 in x 6 in Home Basics Paper Pad that I trimmed down to fit the card. The Happy Valentine's Day stamp is a Craft Smart stamp that I also stamped with the same VersaFine ink on typing paper and colored with some of the same colored pencils. The heart sticker duo is from a Paper House Productions 3D sticker set. I wanted to keep the card CAS (Clean And Simple) since the paper is kinda busy. That's all I have for you today. Have a great weekend and Valentine's Day!!

Say Cheese

I just recently developed this picture and thought I'd never find paper to put it on. I remembered that I bought this paper- The Paper Studio Cameras w/ Floral- recently from Hobby Lobby and thought it fit! I decided to go with Say Cheese as the title, because the picture was basically a snapshot. The title is actually a journaling block, but can be used as both. The title and the photo mat are both from Colorbok 12" Paper Signature Hopscotch and the journaling mat is from Prima Marketing Moulin Rouge 6" x 6" paper stack. The journaling states that the picture is of Jenn and I after the first day of Stamp and Scrapbook Expo at Mesa, AZ. Jenn is Laura's cousin and was willing to hang out with me for a little bit when I arrived to AZ and while I was waiting on Laura.

I wanted to keep this layout as simple as possible since the paper is busy enough. TFL!

Now on to my project. I decided to do a layout of snow pictures. The patterned paper is from Pebbles Home For Christmas Patterned Paper Pad. The snowflake ribbon/border and photo mats are RAKs. I also added 2 snowflakes from the ribbon at the end of my title- Snowpocalypse. We don't see much snow here in NC so the town pretty much shuts down so that's why I call it Snowpocalypse. I used the Chiller font on Word on the biggest size font to type my title. The snowman stamp is from my stash- I think it is from Unity Stamp Company, but I can't find it on their website. I colored it in with NPW 50/50 Two-Tone Colored Pencils and Gelly Roll Metallic Pen. I used Versa Fine Onyx Black Pigment Ink to stamp it. I typed my journaling on my computer again and it states that this is about 6 inches of snow in our front and back yards that fell during the early hours of January 4, 2018. It was too cold to make a snowman so I decided to add a snowman stamp.

I'm the last stop on this hop. I hope you enjoyed my CAS (Clean And Simple) layout!
