Happy Birthday

 

This is a digital image- Party Bag from Bugaboo Stamps. Click on the link to purchase the digistamp. I used Pastel Copies on most of the image to color it in, I used a Silver GellyRoll pen for the balloon string and ribbon. The background paper is from   The Stamps of Life (TSOL) Smiles collection and the card base is also TSOL cardstock. I stamped happy birthday with VersaFine Black Onyx ink and colored over the block with  Stampin' Up Stampin' Blends Dark Balmy Blue. One thing I learned, Copics bleed through paper and Stampin' Blends don't. The bling is also TSOL.
