My Cake

Here's the cake I made for the Bible Study tonight. Only about a third of it is left! Everyone told me it was good! I ate a piece and thought it was good! I wanted another piece but decided not to eat anymore. I'll get another piece before it's gone! There was also peanuts, chocolate chip cookies, shortbread cookies, & ham salad sandwiches. We usually have a few more things to eat, too, but didn't this time.

I can't believe it's been 9 years since 9-11-01. I'm going to put an American flag somewhere around the mailbox tomorrow morning to show that I have not forgotten what happened that day! I will never forget! I  heard on the news today that at 8:46 am they are going to have a minute of silence for those that died that day. I may have to set an alarm to remind me to pray at that time! I should be up, my grandmama is coming in the morning and I have to vacuum before she gets here, so I need to get to bed soon.
