I made all of the following items for a Patriotic Swap for a group on Facebook- The Crafty Nesters, it's a private group, but you may join if you'd like just let me know and you don't have to join in on the swaps. The first item is a tag that I attached to a Mini Patriotic Pocket Letter. I know you're all wondering what is a mini pocket letter- you cut off any row of 3 off a pocket letter and I chose the top row. A pocket letter is a way of getting to know people and can have many themes. The tag is actually made of Recollections White Cardstock Value Pack 3 3/4 x 8 7/8" and I cut the top to the same size of a Ranger Inkssentials Surfaces Craft #8 Heavyweight Kraft tag and I cut a little off the bottom. The ribbon is Celebrate It ribbon from Michaels. The paper I glued on the tag is from Colorbok Holiday Extravaganza Designer Paper 12 x 12 pad. The stickers are Sticko Red, White, and Blue USA.
That's all I have for you today. Now kindly hop on over to (ASHLEY http://marinewifesscrappinlife.blogspot.com/)

The first item is a tag that I attached to a Mini Patriotic Pocket Letter. The ribbon is Celebrate It ribbon from Michaels. The paper I glued on the tag is from Colorbok Holiday Extravaganza Designer Paper 12 x 12 pad. The stickers are Sticko Red, White, and Blue USA.
I used Recollections Red Old Glory 12 x 12 Open Cardstock and cut each square to 2.5 x 3.5" and I tried my best to keep it looking like the American flag.
The next item is a Memorydex card from Heidi Swapp Memorydex File Cards & Tabbed Dividers 100 pack Selfie. I covered it with Recollections Anchors Open 12 x 12 Cardstock that I trimmed down to fit the card. The stickers are all from Sticko USA sticker album/booklet that I bought at Wal-Mart. You're supposed to use a Heidi Swapp Memorydex punch to make these, but it's easier and cheaper to buy the card set especially when I got the set on clearance at Hobby Lobby! :)
The last item is a Patriotic Doll Tag that I made using the Recollections White Cardstock Value Pack again cutting it down to Ranger tag size at the top. I added Authentique Freedom "Rejoice" Two-Sided paper. The stamp is Julia Nutting Mixed Media Doll Stamp (she doesn't have a name like most of the others do) and I paper pieced her dress using the other side of the Authentique paper. The stickers are Sticko Red, White, and Blue USA and I used colored pencils to color her hair, skin, and shoes- I can't for the life of me think of the name brand or find them. That's how it always happens. My stepbrother just bought me some NPW 50/50 Two Tone Colored Pencils for my birthday and I can't wait to use them in my scrappin'!
